Shipping Information
At de Barra Equestrian, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you will find detailed information on our shipping options, costs, and delivery times.
Standard Shipping
Delivery Time: 3-7 business days.
Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.
International Shipping, UK and Europe
Delivery Time:7-10 business days, depending on the destination.
Cost: Cost are variable based on location.
Tracking details will only be provided when choosing tracked post once your order is dispatched.
The recipient is responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak times (e.g., holidays or sales), processing may take an additional 1-2 days.
Order Tracking
All orders in Ireland are tracked. For all other countries you have the option to track your order.
For tracked orders: once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays
- While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, there may be delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs delays for international shipments).
- If your order is delayed, we will do our best to inform you promptly.
Free Shipping
- We offer free tracked shipping on orders over €99 within Ireland.
- The free shipping option will automatically apply at checkout if your order qualifies.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the item.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue.
