Returns Policy

At de Barra Equestrian, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it in accordance with the guidelines below.

 

Terms and Conditions:

-       Returning items must be received within 14 days of delivery.

-       Please ensure your returns slip is completed correctly and the items/s are carefully folded and properly packaged for postage.

-       Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached and no stains or odours on the item (perfume, smoke, makeup etc).

-       de Barra Equestrian is not responsible for the cost of returns.

-       Failure to complete the returns slip in full may delay the process of your return.

-       The customer is responsible for the cost of the return.

-       We don’t offer exchanges on items if you need another size etc, please reorder your item and your original order will be refunded once received.

-       Include your order slip in your return parcel. If you have misplaced this, please include a note with your order number and name.

-       If you are returning from the UK or outside of the EU, any duties that have incurred on your order will be deducted from your refund. Please add a comment to the outside of your parcel before returning that states 'Taxes and Duties are paid'.

-       If your item is faulty, please email your Order Number and the reason or description of the fault to returns@debarraequestrian.ie

 

-       Refunds are generally processed within 48 hours of receipt. Bank delays may apply – generally 2/5 working days after refund is processed.

-       NO Refund On Sale Items (this does not effect your statutory rights)

-       Please note, we do not offer a pre-paid returns service.
