Returns

de Barra Equestrian has the right to refuse returns if the item is not suitable for
resale, damaged or worn by customer or passed the 14 days return policy. Please
ensure your returns slip is completed correctly and the items/s are carefully folded
and properly packaged for postage.

Policy Terms and Conditions:
- Returning items must be received within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached and no stains or
odours on the item (perfume, smoke, makeup etc).
- de Barra Equestrian is not responsible for the cost of returns.
- Failure to complete the returns slip in full may delay the process of your return.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of the return, however if exchanging, we will
re-ship free of charge.
- Include your order slip in your return parcel. If you have misplaced this, please
include a note with your order number and name.
- If you are returning from the UK or outside of the EU, any duties that have incurred
on your order will be deducted from your refund. Please add a comment to the
outside of your parcel before returning that states 'Taxes and Duties are paid'.
- If your item is faulty, please email your Order Number and the reason or description
of the fault to info@debarraequestrian.ie
- Refunds are generally processed within 48 hours of receipt. Bank delays may apply –
generally 1/3 working days after refund is processed.
- NO Refund On Sale Items (this does not effect your statutory rights)
- Please note, we do not offer a pre-paid returns service, however if you do
select to exchange a product or change for a different item, we will re-ship
it to you free of charge.

Returns checklist
1. The item is free from any marks and the tags are still attached.
2. The item was not purchased longer than 14 days ago.
3. The product can be returned in line with our returns and exchanges policy.
4. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return, however if exchanging, we will re-
ship free of charge.
5. Include your order slip in your return parcel. If you have misplaced this, please include a
note with your order number and name.
